Integrated Treasury Management Information System To-Be Validation Workshop was held at Acadamy of Financial Studies (MILODA) building. The workshop was held from 10^th March 2014 to 14^th March 2014. Main objectives of this workshop was to

* Reengineering of the MoFP business processes with the use of standard Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles and guidelines

* Eliminating the process deficiencies identified during the As-Is Process Assessment

* Application of best practices for Government Financial Management and Administration in reengineering the business processes of MoFP
